An annual inspection allows a technician to identify dirty coils and burned out contactors before they cause long term damage to your system.
Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level.
Wash outdoor coil.

Inspect condition(where accessible)
Inspect wiring and controls for proper operation.
Inspect coil and cabinet—clean as needed
Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear and damage—on older models lubricate as needed
Inspect blower assembly.
Lubricate motor (if applicable).
Check combustion blower housing for debris.
Inspect evaporator coil and drain pan.
Add pan treatment tablet (if accessible).
Clean drain line.
Inspect burner assembly—clean and adjust as needed.
Inspect control box, controls, wiring and connections.
Clean or replace air filters (filters are additional cost).
